Kassi is the founder of RTO PD Hub and RTO Certified Professionals Institute (RTOCPI).
With nearly 30 years experience within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, Kassi has successfully managed and consulted with various RTOs and CRICOS providers during that time.
Kassi is passionate about supporting RTOs in their journey within this continually changing and challenging industry. Her passion for the VET sector, along with her extensive experience, has made her one of the leading RTO Quality and Compliance Consultants in Australia.
Kassi believes that professional development done right, is the key foundation for a successful and compliant RTO.

Jenny has a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning over 40 years within the VET sector, working in numerous senior management roles, training and assessment, RTO compliance and instructional design.
As a passionate international VET Specialist, with a unique combined set of qualifications and experience in quality student centred learning, Jenny has worked internationally in VET, holding positions in Australia, United Arab Emirates, China, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu, Bougainville and Solomon Islands.

Bianca is a learning strategist and the Founder and CEO of Oppida, with over 20 years experience designing and delivering impactful learning solutions across universities, RTOs, government and industry.
Combining deep expertise in learning design with an MBA from Melbourne Business School, Bianca focuses on learning leadership by helping organisations turn expertise into high-impact, commercially viable learning experiences. A strong advocate for AI literacy, she supports educators and leaders to use emerging technologies thoughtfully and responsibly, ensuring they remain confident and relevant in a rapidly evolving, technology-enabled world.
A key focus of Bianca’s work is AI literacy for educators and learning leaders. She brings a practical, grounded approach to AI by helping professionals understand not just how to use AI tools, but how to apply them with critical thinking, professional judgement and ethical responsibility. Her expertise includes designing AI-integrated learning strategies, guiding educators on effective prompting and evaluation of AI outputs and supporting organisations to embed AI in ways that enhance learning rather than replace it.

Liesl is Senior Manager, Education Licensing at Copyright Agency. With a passion for education and intellectual property rights, Liesl has made significant contributions to the industry through her expertise and leadership, specialising in copyright, licensing and the use of content in education and training.
In her current role, Liesl promotes awareness of copyright across the broader education sector and works closely with over 1,000 private education providers, including higher education providers, RTOs and professional associations. She supports educators, management and industry to ensure the responsible and compliant use of copyright material, while enabling access to quality learning resources.
With a strong understanding of the evolving digital and AI landscape, Liesl provides practical guidance to help private providers across higher education, VET and ELICOS to balance innovation with their legal and ethical obligations.
Prior to her time at Copyright Agency, Liesl worked in creative licensing for nearly 13 years with various rights holders and broadcasters, including senior roles at Sony Music Entertainment and British Sky Broadcasting.
